Investigation mode for potential injuries
When you mention pain, soreness, or any symptom, the AI pauses, asks a couple of clarifying questions, and checks your recent training context before suggesting anything.
This is coaching support, not medical advice. For pain, an injury, or anything that does not feel right, please consult a qualified medical professional (your GP, a sports physician, or a physio depending on the symptom). Anything cardiac, respiratory, or post-illness: the AI names it and points you to a clinician rather than clearing you to train.
Left-handed mode
Settings, Accessibility, Handedness. Flips the burger menu, nav sheet, and streak strip to the left edge.
Chat polish
- Single solid cyan focus border on the input (replaces three overlapping rings).
- New Chat moved to the bottom of the burger menu, full-width.
- Thinking indicator is now a pulsing HR-trace next to the AI's name.
- Sign out asks for confirmation.
- "Mark all read" in the notifications inbox is a pill button.
Under the hood
- Duplicate workout creates killed at the source.
- The AI no longer claims "published your workout" on a turn where nothing was saved.
- Week one of a new plan is calibrated below the prior fortnight's volume, not above.
- Workout-spec errors now name the actual rejected field.
To report something, just say it in chat. The AI will ask before flagging it for the team.
