By accessing or using Intervals Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Intervals Pro is a trading name of Revitt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Intervals Pro is an AI-powered training analytics service that integrates with Intervals.icu. We provide our own chat interface powered by AI models via OpenRouter and direct model-provider integrations, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. The service provides:

• Access to your Intervals.icu training data through conversational AI
• Personalized workout recommendations and training insights
• Ability to create and modify workouts on your Intervals.icu calendar
• Analysis of your training history, wellness data, and performance metrics

Intervals Pro depends on trusted third-party services to operate. By using the service, you understand that relevant account, training, message, and calendar data may be processed by these providers where needed to deliver the feature you use.

• Training platform: Intervals.icu provides the training, wellness, activity, and calendar data you authorize us to access.
• AI model providers (sub-processors): To generate coaching responses and analysis, we send your inputs along with relevant account and training data to third-party AI model providers acting as our sub-processors, specifically Anthropic (the Claude family of models) and Google (the Gemini family of models). Requests may be routed through OpenRouter or sent directly to a provider, and each provider processes this data to produce the response subject to its own terms. We may change the selected model or provider to improve quality, reliability, latency, safety, or cost control.
• Messaging channels: Where you choose to interact with the coach through a third-party messaging channel such as WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages are transmitted through and processed by that channel's provider (for example Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, or Telegram) and are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours. We process those messages to provide the coaching service.
• Calendar integrations: If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, we use the relevant provider APIs to create, update, or remove synced training events according to your settings.

• AI Limitations: Artificial intelligence can make mistakes and may provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information. AI-generated content should never be assumed to be correct without verification.
• Individual Suitability: You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any advice or recommendations are appropriate for your individual circumstances, fitness level, health status, and goals.
• Not Professional Advice: AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor for qualified coaching or sports science expertise.
• Health Considerations: If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before following any training recommendations.
• Your Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Intervals Pro and Revitt Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or damages resulting from your use of AI-generated advice.

• Trial (£0 for 14 days): Access to the coaching workflow on your own training data during the trial. After the trial, continued AI coaching access requires Pro.
• Pro (£19.99/month): Unlimited use of all features, including AI coaching, planning, daily checks, and analysis. Pro usage is subject to a fair-use policy: we reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits or rate-limit accounts where activity is consistent with abuse, automated traffic, or use-cases substantially outside the normal scope of personal training. Affected users will be contacted before any restriction is applied where reasonably possible. Because Intervals Pro relies on third-party AI providers whose token costs change over time, we also reserve the right to adjust the daily and monthly fair-use thresholds with reasonable notice in order to keep the service sustainable. Current thresholds are not published as they may change; in normal use you will not encounter them.

For paid subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
• Tax Handling: Paddle automatically calculates and collects the appropriate sales tax or VAT based on your location.
• Monthly Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month and renew automatically.
• Existing Annual Subscriptions: We no longer offer annual subscriptions to new signups. If you already have an annual subscription, it remains governed by its current billing period and any account-specific renewal notice.
• Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will honour their current rate until the next renewal.

We want you to be satisfied with Intervals Pro. Our refund policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Monthly Subscriptions

• Within 14 days: Full refund (less any proportionate deduction for service used).
• After 14 days: No refund. Cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Account deletion (active subscription): Prorated refund for remaining unused days.

Existing Annual Subscriptions

This section applies only to accounts that already have an annual subscription. New annual signups are no longer offered.

• Within 14 days: Full refund (less any proportionate deduction for service used).
• After 14 days: No refund. The annual discount reflects a commitment to the full 12-month term. Cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your annual billing period.
• Account deletion (active annual): No prorated refund. We recommend cancelling instead, which allows you to keep access until the end of your annual period.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle and returned via your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

To use Intervals Pro, you must:

• Have a valid Intervals.icu account
• Authorize Intervals Pro to access your Intervals.icu data
• Provide accurate account information
• Be at least 16 years of age

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to access the service (beyond normal usage)

Intervals Pro provides training analytics and AI-generated recommendations. Please note:

• We are not medical professionals. Our service does not constitute medical advice.
• Training recommendations should be considered alongside your own judgment and professional coaching advice.
• We do not guarantee specific training outcomes or performance improvements.
• The accuracy of insights depends on the quality and completeness of your Intervals.icu data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervals Pro and Revitt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
