Intervals Pro is a trading name of Revitt Ltd. Intervals Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service, which integrates with Intervals.icu to provide advanced training analytics.

When you use Intervals Pro, we may collect the following types of information:

• Intervals.icu Data: When you authorize Intervals Pro to connect to your Intervals.icu account, we access your training data including workouts, activities, wellness metrics, and athlete profile information.
• Authentication Information: We store OAuth tokens to maintain your connection to Intervals.icu.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our service, including features used and queries made.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI-powered training analytics and insights
• Generate personalized workout recommendations
• Display your training data through our AI chat interface
• Improve and optimize our services
• Communicate with you about your account or our services

Your data security is important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Authentication tokens are stored securely in our database, and all communications are encrypted using HTTPS.

We cache certain API responses to improve performance, but we do not permanently store your complete training history on our servers.

Intervals Pro integrates with the following third-party services:

• Intervals.icu: Your training data is accessed via the Intervals.icu API. Please review Intervals.icu's Privacy Policy.
• AI model providers (sub-processors): To generate coaching responses and analysis, we send your inputs along with relevant account and training data to third-party AI model providers that act as our sub-processors, specifically Anthropic (the Claude family of models) and Google (the Gemini family of models). These requests may be routed through OpenRouter or sent directly to a provider. Each provider processes this data to produce the response and is subject to its own terms. Please review OpenRouter's Privacy Policy, plus the privacy terms of any provider used.
• Messaging channels: Where you choose to interact with the coach through a third-party messaging channel such as WhatsApp or Telegram, your messages are transmitted through and processed by that channel's provider (for example Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, or Telegram) and are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours. • Paddle: Payment processing is handled by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Please review Paddle's Privacy Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our service. With your consent, we collect:

• Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and which features are most useful.
• Advertising Cookies: We use the Reddit Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

These cookies are only set after you provide consent. You can manage your preferences by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

When you consent to advertising cookies, we share data with Reddit via their Conversions API to measure marketing effectiveness and improve ad targeting for campaigns on Reddit.

Data we share (hashed/anonymized):

• Email address (SHA-256 hashed)
• Your Intervals.icu athlete ID (SHA-256 hashed)
• IP address (SHA-256 hashed)

Technical data we share:

• Browser user agent (for conversion matching)
• Reddit click ID (rdt_cid) when arriving from a Reddit ad
• Conversion events (e.g., sign-up, subscription purchase)

Personal data is hashed before transmission to Reddit. Page visit tracking is handled by the Reddit Pixel in your browser (with your consent). For more information, see Reddit's Privacy Policy.

Your chat conversations are stored in two locations for your convenience:

• Browser Storage: Chat history is stored locally in your browser for quick access and offline viewing.
• Server Storage: Chat history is also synced to our servers, enabling cross-device access and ensuring your conversations persist if you clear your browser data.

This data is stored solely for your benefit. You can delete your chat history at any time from within the app.

We retain your authentication tokens and account information for as long as your account is active. Cached data is retained temporarily to improve performance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke access to your Intervals.icu account at any time
• Opt out of marketing communications

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
